Hakkasan SF was delish, but not as good as it should be considering the prices. Most of the items under the Fish/Meat/Poultry/Seafood/Rice and Noodles sections were around $30, the most expensive being $58 [Wagyu beef in Chinese five spice]. The food items lacked innovation but were super good nonetheless. They’re basic asian dishes made with good quality ingredients. I’d like to go back, but mostly because the ambiance is on point and makes you feel like you’re in the center of the city! If I just wanted good asian food I’d go to Mission Chinese [http://missionchinesefood.com/] where the prices are cheaper and the product is just as good if not better, but it lacks the cool environment.
